The Impakt Forum exists to help people living without the most basic foundation of prosperity: a safe, stable and affordable place to live. Each year from 2025 to 2030, impact leaders gather in a different global city — listening, co-creating, and implementing net new affordable housing for the world's most vulnerable people.

EXPERIENCE.

The Forum explores how affordable housing influences — and is influenced by — other determinants of prosperity: education, employment, health, climate resilience, entrepreneurship, and arts & culture. It brings together business, government, civil society, philanthropy, academia, and community in genuine co-creation.

People who have experienced unaffordable housing co-create the agenda and the experience. Nothing about them without them.

The Forum mobilizes leaders from business, government, civil society, philanthropy, academia, and community across borders.

Each Forum concludes with the launch of a working group — resourced and mandated to implement what participants co-created.

How Each Forum Works

ACTION-ORIENTED.

Each Forum is limited to ~100 leaders to maximize dialogue, relationship-building, and genuine co-creation. Participation includes a fee to help underwrite costs — and ensures that lived-experience leaders can participate meaningfully and be compensated for their time.
