The Impakt Forum exists to help people living without the most basic foundation of prosperity: a safe, stable and affordable place to live. Each year from 2025 to 2030, impact leaders gather in a different global city — listening, co-creating, and implementing net new affordable housing for the world's most vulnerable people.
The Forum explores how affordable housing influences — and is influenced by — other determinants of prosperity: education, employment, health, climate resilience, entrepreneurship, and arts & culture. It brings together business, government, civil society, philanthropy, academia, and community in genuine co-creation.
The second Impakt Forum gathers ~100 invitation-only impact leaders in London to co-create new affordable housing solutions for young people — a group acutely affected by the UK's housing crisis and most capable of shaping its future.
The Impakt Forum convenes a curated, invitation-only group of ~100 leaders spanning developers, financial institutions, government, nonprofits, architects, and community organizations.
Each Forum is limited to ~100 leaders to maximize dialogue, relationship-building, and genuine co-creation. Participation includes a fee to help underwrite costs — and ensures that lived-experience leaders can participate meaningfully and be compensated for their time.
The Impakt Forum is a design-and-delivery platform. We are looking for leaders ready to listen, co-create, and take action — in London in October 2026, and in the cities that follow.
